In 2025, the Framingham Farmers Market, one of Massachusetts’ largest markets, welcomed up to 90 vendors weekly, featuring food trucks, local farms, fish and meat vendors, bakeries, and artisans from across the Commonwealth. To balance out the shopping experience, the market included live music by local artists and children’s activities.

As the only market in the state to offer free vendor booth space, the market reflects the City of Framingham’s commitment to supporting small businesses while providing residents with access to fresh, locally made, and handmade products. In 2025 we hosted over 31,250 customers.

We are excited for another amazing season at the Farmers Market and hope to see you there!!!

The MetroWest Health Foundation just launched its 2026 Community Health Assessment (CHA)! As you know, the information collected through these assessments will help inform future health programming, resource allocation, and community health improvement efforts throughout the region.

Summer Eats livens up every kid’s summer by filling their bellies and filling their days with activities that get them out, up, and moving.

Brought to you by Project Bread in partnership with the Massachusetts' Department of Education and local school and community meal providers, Summer Eats sites across the state provide free meals to all kids and teens, no identification or registration required. Caregivers can rest easier knowing meals are off their hands, and use that time and energy to focus on everything else on their to-do list.

Hopkinton Summer Day Camp (Hopkinton) Ages 3-16

Set on 122 scenic acres, this day camp offers kids endless outdoor adventure with intentionality and curated exploration of a variety of topics, all within comfortable small groups. Our age-based camp units—Juniors, Middlers, and Seniors—offer an age-appropriate mix of traditional camp fun—swimming, archery, ropes courses, arts, hiking trails, boating and more—all in a safe, nurturing environment. Campers build skills and confidence as they explore 20+ specialty camps like cooking, sports, drama, robotics, wilderness, and movie making. With leadership programs for teens, it's everything you want in a camp—well-run, worry-free, and unforgettable. Transportation is available.

The YMCA believes that the Y is for everyone — which is why they offer sliding scale fees designed to fit various financial situations through the ASSIST program. You can apply for financial assistance for Y facility memberships, child care, youth sports and other programs. Membership pricing may be less dependent on household size.

The Metrowest Elite Girls Basketball camp has continued to grow over the years and has become a great opportunity for the community. It allows our current high school players to work with and mentor younger athletes in Framingham while helping grow the game locally. The proceeds go directly back into the program, and we also offer several scholarships each season to ensure every Framingham student has the opportunity to participate in summer basketball.

MetroWest Elite Girls’ Basketball offers a fun, high-energy summer camp experience for young players in grades 3 through 9, designed to teach fundamental basketball skills, build confidence, and foster a love of the game for all ability levels. Held in Framingham, MA, our day camps run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a structured schedule that balances skill development and game play:

Weekly Session for Boys and Girls (1st-8th Grade) 

Please note: Camp is for 7-13 year old players only.

Our 2026 Summer camp will be offered 7 weeks this Summer and run Monday thru Friday from 9am-3pm.

Weeks offered are: June 22rd/July 6th/July 13th/July 20st/July 27th/Aug 3th/ Aug 10th.

You may sign up for as many weeks as you'd like.

Schedule of a normal camp day -

• 8:30am – 9:00am: Campers arrival/check in
• 9:00am – 10:30am: Stations (typically about 4) of 20-25 min focusing on different aspects of the game. Campers will practice shooting, passing and receiving, coordination and agility, small-sided games
• 10:30am – 11:00am: Snack break/chill time
• 11:00am – 12:30pm: Soccer tennis/Scrimmages/small soccer tournaments
• 12:30pm – 1:15pm: Lunch break/chill time
• 1:15pm – 2:15pm: Stations/and or conditioning (typically about 4 and different from morning stations) of 20 min focusing on different aspects of the game and/or body conditioning (balance/strength/stamina/focus).
• 2:15pm – 3:00pm: Scrimmages
