Happy October!

Superintendent Spotlight - You Make a Difference!

Cesar Pineda - Potter Road Elementary School Head Custodian

"Cesar has been a bright light at Potter Road!  Cesar has built wonderful relationships with the staff and students.  He always has a smile and a positive word for everyone he talks to.  His care of Potter Road is evident in all that he does.  He is always willing to lend a helping hand and meets multiple needs and requests every day to make Potter Road a better place.  Potter Road is so fortunate to have Cesar as part of our family!"

Know someone making a difference?

We want to celebrate them! Starting this October, the FPS Pulse newsletter will feature a Spotlight Section to highlight students and staff who show exceptional kindness, growth, innovation, or dedication. Big or small, every positive moment counts.

If there is someone you would like to nominate, talk to your building admin or director to submit an official nomination!

MILLION READS CHALLENGE

Framingham’s Million Reads Challenge, a city-wide initiative with a single, exciting goal: to collectively read 1,000,000 books as a community by June 30, 2027. When a community reads together, we don’t just support our students—we build a more connected, curious, and empowered city.

To achieve this goal, we need the support of everyone in our community to help us build a true "City of Readers."
